BMW Key is the way to pay

BMW have joined forces with electronics experts Phillips and have come up with a super idea. In the future you may be able to forget your credit card and pay for goods using your car key!

BMW and Phillips have actually unveiled a prototype of a multifunctional fob. It is the first of it's kind in the world.

It will enable you to pay for goods,fuel and even road tolls, a smart card is stored in the key which can be scanned over a sensor in order to pay for goods etc. Advenced encryption will protect the driver's details, so it is secure.

There as yet is no news on when the multifunctional fob will be launched, but it will be debuting on top range BMW's
